It's that time of year in the mountains! Alice & Lulu's Mountainside is looking for multiple full-time employees to join our team for the 2019-20 Sugarloaf ski season. (Carrabassett Valley, ME)
Anticipated start date: Early November. Guaranteed FT hours through the Winter.
Available positions include but are not limited to:
· Back waiters
· Prep Cooks
· Line Cooks
As a small team, we highly value candidates who work well together and are willing to go beyond the scope of “job descriptions” to positively impact the overall guest experience. We promote a learning environment and encourage employees to continually learn all aspects of service.
· Prior restaurant experience (2+) is a bonus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
· Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for providing excellent food and service are vital traits for members of our team
· Be present, in uniform, and on the floor ready to work on time for every scheduled shift.
· Conform to uniform and personal grooming standards.
· Reliable transportation.
· Be kind, courteous and helpful to all guests.
The quality of life doesn't get much better than here in the Western mountains of Maine. We are walking distance to the Sugarloaf ski slopes, just an hour’s drive from Waterville/Skowhegan downtown shopping areas and surrounded by multiple lakes and trails. We can offer a work-life balance that you wouldn't be able to find in larger, busier urban areas. We are open to year-round availability as well. We may be able to assist in securing housing for the season, however we do not provide employee housing.
